The initial plan, which was to built a Mirage III cockpit has changed and turned into a Mirage F1 cockpit! After having been proposed some nice and actual Mirage F1 parts, I decided to use them to build my cockpit. The main philosophy remains the same. The difference is that I will have to build a cockpit around actual and damaged Mirage F1 parts. I have to start all over again. It is like building the body of the dinosaur around a bunch of bones. The good thing is that I can use some Mirage III parts I had which are very similar to Mirage F1 parts (throttle, control stick, radar stick, and many other parts such as switches, push buttons, lights etc...) Anyways, I love this Mirage f1, its bird of prey shape, and its very tight cockpit. Here is a movie showing the "Voltige Victor" Mirage F1 aerobatic display team. This movie is a tribute to both the pilots and the aircraft.
